Diesel engine daily maintenance content

Preventive maintenance of diesel engine and from work every day to understand itself and its system state. 1) check the oil surface.

20 check the cooling liquid level

30 check the drive tape
Visually inspect transmission belt. Check the transmission belt crossbar crack. Transverse cracks along the tape width direction is allowed, but the longitudinally and transversely across the crack is not allowed. If the tape is worn or flaking material should be replaced.

4) check the cooling fan
Requirements with the naked eye every day to check the fan for cracks, loose rivets, blade loose and bending and other illnesses. Should ensure reliable fan installation. Necessary Fasten bolts and replace the damaged fan.

5) excluding fuel - water separator in the water and sediment.
If any, should be excluded until clean fuel outflow, and then shut the valve. Note, if too much sediment discharged, replace the fuel - water separator so as not to affect the smooth starting of the diesel engine.
