Gas Generator Set Features:

Gas requirement 

• ● There should not contain liquid water or particulate matter(impurity ＜5um)
• ● Gas calorific value ≥5000kca1/1, genset power will reduce when calorific value ＜5000kca1/1.
• ● Sulfide content not more than 250mg/m3
• Gas should be desulfided when sulfide content surpass fixed content.
• (marks: Engine will be easy to be destroied when sulfide content goes too high.

■ Cummins Natural Gas Generator Set:

Engine

• ● Ruichang series natural gas generators are adopt the Cummins gas engine with Stamford brand alternator. And Cummins gas engine adopts the America ignition system and pottery rotate high power lead spark plug.
• ● The Ruichang Natural Gas Generator features advanced process, rational structure, reliable performance, low noise and vibration, easy to start as well as convenient in installation and maintenance. They are applicable for oil production, various pump stations, small power station as so on
• ● Requirements to Natural Gas:
  Thermal Value 
  CH4≥ 41860 KJ/M3 
  S ≥ 85% 
  H2S ≤ 20MG/M3 
  Gas Pressure: 80-200 Kpa .

Alternator 

• ● Original Stamford & Marathon Alternator with brushless self-excited, AVR, H Class Insulation, IP23 Protection. 

Control System 

• ● Adopt the top brand Deepsea controller( DSE510, DSE5210, DSE5320, DSE5220 etc) and ComAP Controllers( MRS-10, MRS-16. MRS-15 etc) with manual, automatic & remotely operation for the users

Test & Commissioning 

• ● Each generator has been got through 2 hous load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and one hours overload testing 

Standard Accessories:

• ● Standard radiator mounted on skid, common steel frame, circuit breaker, damper, exhaust pipe, battery, shock pad, operation manual, silencer, test report and certificate 

Warranty 

• ● All equipment is warranted for a period of 1000 hours or 12 months fro mthe date of commissioning.
